I've trusted healy dental for the care of my teeth for about 25 years. They have an awesome staff and their hours accommodate my work schedule in that they have appointments as early as 7am and up to 7p. Monday through Wednesday.
Dr. Healy is a master of the craft and always does an incredible job. He’s friendly and you can tell he loves what he does. The rest of the staff in the office are always smiling and work so well together. I hate going to the dentist but I love going here!! 🩵

I had a dental emergency in the evening and after calling multiple offices that were booked and unable to fit me in, Dr. Healy was able to see me at 7 AM the next morning. I ended up needing an extraction that he was able to do right then to relieve me of pain. Him and his staff were excellent and very kind. Will definitely be going back for my routine dental care!

Healy Dental has been my top #1 dental place ever since I been living here in Utah I love everyone that works there! My daughter was having a toothache, they told me to take her in right away before their office closed for the day and the holidays and I did. They accepted her right away I am overly thankful for them in an hour my 9 year old daughter had a tooth extracted I was amazed and so thankful for them that they accepted us right away or else I wouldn’t not know what to do.

I had not been to the dentist I'd say atleast for 5 years or so because I don't like the dentist but I know I need it. They were able to get my son in so fast. He had a filling fall out resulting in him having a lot of pain. He ended up having to get a tooth extraction. Dr. Healy took care of it at this visit so my son didn't have to wait another week with his tooth pain. It is greatly appreciated and my son is a happy camper now!

I used to be terrified of dentists! The dentist I went to while I was growing up was well... Nothing short of a sadist! Joking aside; I honestly still have nightmares about that man! I can still vividly remember his voice, the smell and the sounds of his office. All of it! STILL SO TERRIFYING! Like wake up in cold sweats terrifying! Needless to say, due to my “childhood trauma” everything about the dentist terrified me! As a result of my horrifying dental experiences; I swore that once I “grew up” I would NEVER go to a dentist again! (Yeah right! As if...) Fast forward several years... I am “grown up” with children of my own and was asking around for a “kid friendly” dentist to take my kids to. (let’s be honest here, I wanted a "kid friendly" dentist for ME!) A friend told me about this amazing dentist that she and her family absolutely love. She gave me Dr. Healy’s name and phone number. After much debate... I made a phone call that changed my life! My family and I have been going to Dr. Healy for over 20 years! Even though I still get a bit of anxiety about dental appointments; Dr. Healy knows this and turns on the tv or puts in a movie for me! Dr. Healy and his staff are incredible!

Everyone in the office is extremely sweet and caring, and Dr. Healy took the time to explain everything to me regarding my x-ray, treatment options, costs, etc. I am going to sleep 😴 peacefully tonight because of the amazing care I received here today! Can’t wait to go back!

DR Healy, was great!! Went in for a root canal and it was completely painless that I ended up falling asleep through the process. I woke up and he was done! 😁
With always having had massive anxiety with anything to do with the dentist, Healy dental care has always made me comfortable. They have also been extremely helpful with making sure you get the best out of your insurance and no surprise fees that just “show up” after you get the work done. They are also extremely understanding to financial situations and getting you in to be seen on a timely matter no waiting for months! Would definitely go here if you’re tired of running circles with your current dentist and would prefer honesty and consistency!!
DR Healy was great! Back story I’ve always been super afraid of the dentist but him and his staff took good care of me and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time! Truth be told I’m a little gassed up while writing this but I’d definitely give my experience a 10/10! Maybe the dentist isn’t so bad after all..
Due to bad experiences with other dentists while growing up, I have always had a bit of anxiety going to the dentist as an adult. However, Dr. Healy and his staff, have always seemed to make me feel very comfortable during my dental visits. Care is taken to find any issues, and they show a sense of urgency to make sure you are feeling better. No longer do I dread going to the dentist, because I know Dr. Healy will do a great job, with very little discomfort and anxiety. Highly recommend!
I’ve always been scared to go to the Denist due to past horrible experiences, but at Healy Dental I feel so welcomed and comfortable. When I had a bad root canal done on me no one would take me in beside Dr Healys and ever since then I don’t dare go anywhere else. They are the best and their work is very amazing. I absolutely highly recommend going to Dr. Healy! I am sooo scared of the dentist always have been I expressed my concerns to the staff and Dr. Healy and they made sure I was comfortable and walked me through the process. I barley felt my shots and I had to get three of them! I am so glad I found them just from how awesome he did with my fillings! The receptionists are super friendly and answer any questions and the assistants are so incredibly nice. Honesty very thankful I found them.

I am so glad I found this place. I called here after a frustrating experience at another dentist office, and there was a night and day difference. At the other dentist, I was going to have to wait a month with a toothache, but here they were able to get me an appointment the day I called, and get me in the next day for treatment. Everyone here is so kind, welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Healy and the hygienists are thorough, gentle and non-judgmental, and make you feel comfortable. They offer appointments early and late to accommodate work schedules, and they get you in fast. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. ☺

I love Healy Dental Care. Our family has been coming here since 2000. In 2003 I had to fix a significantly chipped front tooth and Dr. Healey did such a great job reconstructing it and making it look and feel natural. Eighteen years later and still looks so good. And John does a super thorough but gentle job of cleaning and xrays and I really love the patience and friendliness of the office staff. We started coming here because of how good they were with our kids but they are still my choice, too.

I got my wisdom teeth removed last week and it went to well. They took really good care of me and made sure I was comfortable. The removal was so fast and easy. After the removal, they prescribed me with great pain killers.
John is always very thorough in cleaning my teeth. My teeth look great when he is done.
I am a long-time patient of Healey dental care. Long time because I am treated so well there. From the time I walk in the door through the exam and any treatment treatment till the time I walk out I always feel like the staff has my best interest in mind. I’m hoping Dr. Healey will practice well into his 80s so I don’t have to change dentists!

Was able to get in pretty quick. This is my first time here, they were very nice and good with my kids.
My 7 year old daughter had to get cavities filled and she was SO worried about it. Dr. Healy was so nice and patient, answering every question she came up with until she felt comfortable. When she was all done Dr. Healy was asking her what she thought of it and she replied "I want to do that again".

Always easy to work with and so professional. I was able to schedule my cleaning at 6:30 and get taken care of without interrupting my work day. When I needed follow up care they were quick to set it up and it was Cared for right away. After I was done I got a call from Dr Healy in the evening making sure everything was still going okay. We love Dr. Healy! He has been our dentist for some time now and our family always has a good experience. Yesterday I had a cavity filled. It had been 15 years since my last cavity and I was pretty apprehensive about the getting it filled as I hate oral shots. Dr. Healy was so patient with my nervousness. Dr. Healy and Staff are all exceptional. His work is fast, precise and the best that I have ever experienced, how he preps for and works with the crown makers is beyond exceptional; he fit me with two Zirconium crowns and they fit perfect the first time. Everyone hates needles stabbed into their gums, Dr. Healy knows this and takes great care in keeping the shot(s) to a minimum which is precisely targeted and does not leave your mouth numb for an unnecessary period of time once the work is completed. He does not over book patients, so be on time because he always is.
Dr. Healy did a fantastic job on my moms new dentures. She is 86 and had a set that was really old and didn't fit any more. The new dentures fit perfect and look amazing. The staff is exceptional and so kind. Thanks
Had a filling fall out a couple weeks ago, my mouth started hurting about 2 weeks ago. To the point where my whole face was pulsating and couldn't even open my eyes. Let a lone get any sleep. I called around all morning trying to get in to see anyone to get my tooth taken care of. Healy Dental Care was able to get me in not only the same day, but made me feel relaxed and at home. They were quick to solve the issue, and make sure I was okay! Thank You....
Growing up, I had poor dental and orthodontic care. I developed an extreme level of anxiety and hadn't been to a dentist in 8 years. Dr. Healy's team put me at ease. They were kind, friendly and gentle. I am now back on track for 6 month visits to the dentist with far less anxiety. As a working mom, I really appreciate the later hours available as well. No more excuses for not getting regular check ups! The only improvement I could suggest is a cocktail before I sit in the chair to further eliminate anxiety - or perhaps a bunch of soft kittens to pet. Otherwise, love this place♡♡!

Dr Healy is extremely good at his profession and is both kind and efficient! I went to my first appointment with him yesterday when I was having tooth pain, amd he took one look at my mouth and knew I'd had jaw surgery (which was part of the cause of the pain). He has tons of experience and knows exactly what he's doing. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helped get me scheduled and all set with payments quickly. I also love that it's a small practice, Dr Healy makes you feel welcomed and comfortable and it makes the whole experience more personal. Overall I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone in the Ogden area!

I recently had all my top teeth pulled and had a denture installed. I was amazed at how little pain I had. The denture looks amazing, I have had numerous comments on how good they look! I receive excellent care and follow up on the evening of the surgery, the staff is very courteous and everyone in the office is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone! They deserve a 10 star rating!

First place I've ever made a appointment and actually got taken back the exact time of my appointment. Fast, friendly and honest.
After finding out I had to have a root canal, I was quite anxious. However, Dr. Healy explained the process, scheduled me in right away, provided individualized attention to ensure my comfort throughout the procedure and even called me later in the day to make sure I was doing well. The experience could not have been better. I will definitely return to his office, even though it is not the closest dentist office to my home— I would drive out of my way for this level of service. Another helpful tidbit — he offers early morning and after work appointments. Excellent dental care!

As soon as you walk in the front door you are welcomed with the warmest smiles! The receptionists are very friendly and personable. Dr. Healy was kind and provided me with outstanding care. This was my first time getting root canal and it was nothing like the stories I’ve heard. I didn’t feel any pain. He was extremely gentle and provided me with all of the answers to my questions. Dr. Healy even called to check up on me on his own time. To me that shows he cares about his patients. Over all the staff was amazing! And I will forever choose them as my dental health providers.

Went in for a wisdom tooth pull. Was in and out in an hour. They answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Even with just some nitrous and lidocaine(sp?) I felt maybe two sharp picks the whole time and that was about it. Certainly better than I expected. Now granted, it's not like I'm going around purposefully getting dental work done at different places to compare them so a 5 star rating from me could another person's 3 stars but I digress, the point is I had a solid experience here that met and exceeded expectations so I see no reason not to go back for whatever other dental services I may need and I think you can feel comfortable doing so too.

Dr. Healy and staff are amazing. On 12/5/17 I went to see Dr. Healy for a cracked tooth, we got started on the procedure and the power went out due to someone running down a power pole. Dr. Healy and staff stayed around for a little but the power didn’t come back, I went home and shortly after Dr. Healy called me and offered to have me come back even though he had sent the entire staff home. I went back and he finished the procedure himself. Dr. Healy and his staff have always taken care of my son and I. I will definitely come back and continue to refer my friends and family.

I tried out Healy Dental and then she checked their work - “He did a great job.” John got my Mom’s seal of approval. Dr. Healy was nice too. I used to be terrified of dentists! The dentist I went to while I was growing up was well... Nothing short of a sadist! Joking aside; I honestly still have nightmares about that man! I can still vividly remember his voice, the smell and the sounds of his office. All of it! STILL SO TERRIFYING! Like wake up in cold sweats terrifying! Needless to say, due to my “childhood trauma” everything about the dentist terrified me! As a result of my horrifying dental experiences; I swore that once I “grew up” I would NEVER go to a dentist again! (Yeah right! As if...) Fast forward several years... I am “grown up” with children of my own and was asking around for a “kid friendly” dentist to take my kids to. (let’s be honest here, I wanted a "kid friendly" dentist for ME!) A friend told me about this amazing dentist that she and her family absolutely love. She gave me Dr. Healy’s name and phone number. After much debate... I made a phone call that changed my life! My family and I have been going to Dr. Healy for over 20 years! Even though I still get a bit of anxiety about dental appointments; Dr. Healy knows this and turns on the tv or puts in a movie for me! Dr. Healy and his staff are incredible!

Love this place! They were able to get us in quickly and I was given a treatment plan with prices of what insurance portion was going to be and what my portion would be. They are very good at explaining my options and they accept Care Credit! Especially with my husband needing a crown. I deffinilty would recommend this place!
